Relationship Care has two centres of excellence. The Couple Therapy Centre offers professional relationship counselling available in person and online, bookable 24/7, with no waiting lists. While The Education Centre offers marriage preparation courses, Relationship & Sexuality Education for young people and parents and community outreach. Together, our two centres support you and your relationships at every stage of life, helping to strengthen bonds, protect children, and support healthy families.

By Relationship Care
Every person and every relationship is different. At The Couple Therapy Centre, we start from that understanding. We offer a calm, respectful space where individuals and couples feel listened to and supported, without judgement — starting with a free Relationship Health Check.
Services that make a difference
If you’re engaged to be married — or simply want to deepen your connection — our marriage education courses offer time out from the wedding swirl to reflect on your relationship, strengthen communication, and build practical skills for a strong, healthy future together.
Services that make a difference
We work with primary and post-primary schools to deliver thoughtful, age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned Relationship and Sexuality Education (RSE). Our programmes support young people to understand themselves and others with confidence, respect, and healthy boundaries.
Relationship Care is an Irish registered not-for-profit relationship counselling and education service, supporting individuals and couples for over six decades. We provide accessible, specialist relationship counselling and courses, available in person and online, to help people build healthier and more resilient relationships. Our work is grounded in a person-centred, non-judgemental approach, where people feel respected, understood, and supported to make meaningful progress towards relationship health.

There are so many different factors involved – personality type, individual needs and expectations, having a positive outlook, to name but a few.
It is a truth almost universally acknowledged, that we could all be better listeners. We have an inbuilt desire to be heard, yet we do not always meet that need in others. The couple that can listen to one another is well on their way to communicating effectively.
