Refund Policy for Marriage Preparation Course Fees

You may cancel your Course booking for any reason within 14 days and receive a full refund.

If you cancel your booking after 14 days the following refund policy applies:

Less than 4 weeks notice before Course commencement date: no refund
Between 4 and 8 weeks before Course commencement date: full refund less an administration charge of €30
More than 8 weeks notice before Course commencement date: full refund less an administration charge of €20.

All refunds will be credited to the card with which you made the original booking.

If you need to change the date or venue of your course booking, you’re welcome to do so up to 14 days before the course starts at no additional cost.

Changes requested within 14 days of the course start date will be considered where possible, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to our standard refund conditions.

Please note that each course booking can only be changed or cancelled once.
